ABOUT ME

Before I Tell You About Myself...
I want you to know one thing.
If you've spent years feeling like you're capable of more but can't seem to stay consistent, I understand how frustrating that can be.
I've been there too.
For years, I believed I had a discipline problem. I knew I was capable of more, but I couldn't understand why I struggled to consistently show up the way I wanted to.
The Part That Never Made Sense
I've always loved challenges.
If something genuinely interested me, I could spend hours completely absorbed in it without noticing time.
I trained and competed in boxing for years, moved from Ukraine to the United States, completed graduate school, and eventually built my own business.
From the outside, it looked like I was disciplined and driven.
Yet I struggled with things that seemed simple.
Sending an email.
Returning a phone call.
Starting a task I genuinely wanted to do.
I couldn't understand why I could accomplish big things but get stuck on the small ones.
For a long time, I thought I simply needed more discipline.

A Lifelong Curiosity About Change
As a teenager, I became fascinated with one question:
How do I reach my full potential?
That question led me to read hundreds of books on psychology and personal growth, participate in therapy, coaching, and personal development groups, complete dozens of professional trainings, and eventually earn a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology.
The more I learned, the more I realized this wasn't just a personal passion - I wanted to dedicate my career to helping other people better understand themselves, overcome the obstacles holding them back, and reach their own potential.
Along the way, I also discovered something that changed how I understood myself.
I have ADHD.
Suddenly, years of confusion started to make sense.
I finally had language for patterns I had experienced my entire life but had never been able to explain.
As I learned more about how ADHD shows up differently in adults, I began to understand my own mind on a much deeper level. Instead of trying to force myself to function like everyone else, I started building a life around the way my brain naturally worked.
That shift changed everything.

Why I Do This Work
Helping people isn't just my profession - it's something I genuinely love.
I'm especially drawn to working with people who have big ideas, care deeply, and want to contribute something meaningful to the world.
Whether that's building a business, advancing in their career, creating healthier relationships, or simply becoming more fully themselves, I love helping people discover what gets in their way and what allows them to thrive.
Watching someone gain clarity, regain momentum, build confidence, and begin moving toward the life they truly want is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

A Little More About Me
Outside of coaching, I'm naturally curious.
I enjoy spending time on the racetrack, working out, reading books, watching boxing, and spending time with my wife and friends.
Some of my favorite moments are the simple ones - good conversations, being active, exploring new places, and continuing to learn about myself and the people around me.
My Approach
Over the past 10+ years, I've combined my personal experience, graduate training, professional coaching, and ongoing learning into an approach that is both practical and deeply personalized.
There isn't one productivity system that works for everyone with ADHD.
My role is to help you understand your brain, discover what supports your growth, and develop strategies that fit your life.
Because I don't believe the goal is to become someone else.
I believe the goal is to become more fully yourself.

If You're Here...
Maybe you're tired of starting over.
Maybe you're exhausted from fighting yourself.
Or maybe you simply know you're capable of more and you're ready for a different approach.
Whatever brought you here, I'd be honored to help you better understand yourself, build lasting confidence, and create a life that truly works for you.
